Lp Los Portales Hotel Cuzco, Cuzco

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was superb with easy access to all central sights and the Main Street, the rooms were rather small and got fairly warm without A/C or a fan. The service, however, was exceptional, with incredibly accommodating and helpful staff who took care of all our needs from arranging taxis to laundry services.

During our stay at this hotel, we found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable with excellent housekeeping. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with directions or provide cocoa tea. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the main square and great restaurants. The dining experience offered plenty of delicious options, although the choices were somewhat limited. The hotel had a convenient location and was well-equipped with various necessary facilities.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although they lacked coffee making facilities which was a bit of a downside. The noise from the kitchen area was a bit bothersome late into the night. The service was exceptional with polite and helpful staff catering to all our needs. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main square. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a decent selection. The facilities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
